Welcome to the Nocksternchen hut
I still have to tell you something important. Throughout the year, only 20-30 holiday guests will spend time with me. You belong to a small, special group of holidaymakers. Confidentially, my owner didn't want me to have any more guests. I don't know exactly why. I think it's about my cleaning. But I don't like being alone and empty, so I said to my owner, "Alfred, how about my guests cleaning me themselves - when they arrive and before they leave." "Guests never play along with that," was Alfred's reply. "Who wants to clean when they arrive"? Alfred had many more arguments against my proposal. But I persisted. My main argument was, "If each of my guests cleans me before they leave, the next guest will have a clean hut." Thus, no one who arrives has to clean like crazy, but only to a greater or lesser extent according to their personal needs.
Alfred continued to be sceptical. "But what if you make such a good price that it pays off super for my guests? What if instead of paying €1.200 per week, they only pay €600 per week?" (And during the main season €800.) That is an excellent price for 1-2 people. I said to Alfred, "Let's try it!" Alfred finally agreed on the following condition: "If your guests are unhappy afterwards, we'll stop the experiment immediately."
So, my dear future guest, I look forward to seeing you and your loved ones. But please promise me now, before you even send in your booking, that you know what you're getting yourself into. For me, the worst thing would be if you were disappointed. I'm very sensitive to that.
So - you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen....
I've prepared a list for you of everything you should take with you. But now I've talked - actually written - far too much. I look forward to seeing you. If you have any questions, please contact Ruth.

A welcome guest
... helps to keep our self-catering hut in a clean and tidy condition.
The huts should enable our dear guests to enjoy many hours of relaxation and mountain experiences - this can only be achieved if every guest takes care of them.
We therefore ask you
- before leaving the hut - to clean all rooms and the toilets
- to put the sleeping places in order
- to put the rubbish in the little Nocksternschnuppen hut (the hut with the red roof and the colourful banner with the animals and plants)
- not to leave any leftover food behind
- clean the cooker after use and dispose of the ashes if necessary
- close the windows
- close the door carefully
- to put the key in the key box / or the "hiding place"
